MPS TRADING LTD – National Luna Warranty Information
National Luna fridge/freezers are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 3 years from date of purchase, to be free of defects in material and workmanship. MPS Trading Ltd disclaims any liability for consequential damages. Under no circumstances will MPS Trading Ltd be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product. MPS Trading Ltd will also not be held liable for the contents of any National Luna fridge/freezer should it fail to operate as advertised. In the event of a defective item, please contact us directly on 01435-812813 or email us at email@example.com. You will then need to return the item to a repair centre or to us or the National Luna repair centre in Hartlebury Worcestershire. (See our warranty specifics below)
The following information must be included with the return of any item MPS Trading Ltd will, at its option, replace or repair the defective part.
1. Repair return authorization number
(To be obtained from repair agent or in UK MPS Trading Ltd)
4. Contact phone number.
5. Proof of purchase.
6. Details of fault.
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
1.Cost of shipping to MPS Trading Ltd or Approved Service Center.
2.Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration, fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight, lightening strikes, power surges and water damage.
3.Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, and repairs by unauthorized persons, or failure to follow recommended care, use, and installation instructions.
5.Fuses, and bulbs.
**Please note that should a item be returned and found not to be faulty there will be a charge payable for any labour costs incurred and cost of delivery for the return of the item**
